I like the RUF framework because it induces equity.

We then go a step further and break down our NPS feedback into categories that map to our disciplines, this is called RUF.

I like the RUF framework because it induces equity. I’m curious about functionality and reliability not both relying on engineering though. But maybe your product managers are engineers?
